Submitting Presentations/Posters

Information on how to submit a research paper or poster can be found here. Space available for each poster display is limited to 4 feet by 4 feet.

This year we will again exclusively use PowerPoint presentations for the talks. All the computers that will be used at the meeting will be PC’s, so presenters who use Macintosh computers are encouraged to test their presentation on a PC prior to the meeting. With the advent of flash drives, we will not be uploading presentations this year. Presenters should bring their PowerPoint file to the meeting on a USB memory stick/flash drive. Presenters are encouraged to contact the moderators of their sessions to arrange for the files to be loaded on a computer in the Preview room or prior to the start of the session. The contact info for the moderators will also be available in the program.
