2004 ESA-NCB Annual Meeting

The 59th annual ESA-NCB Meeting will be held March 28-31, 2004, at the Fairmont Hotel on the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Larry Charlet (USDA-ARS, Fargo, North Dakota) is Program Chair, and Dr. Sonny Ramaswamy (Kansas State University, Manhattan) is Local Arrangements Chair.

The 2004 Program contains the schedule for the meeting.

Pre-registration is now closed. Onsite late registration fees will be:

Non-ESA member - $190
ESA Student Member - $60
Emeritus Member - $30
Guest/Spouse - $60
Honorary Member/Invited non-ESA Speaker - free

The Kansas City Visitors and Convention Bureau has an excellent website providing information for visitors.

The Fairmont Kansas City at the Plaza is located in the historic Country Club Plaza district of Kansas City. The Plaza is the first shopping "mall" built in the United States.

The Plaza has many fine restaurants, excellent shopping, and bars. Just a few blocks north of the Plaza is Westport. Walk to Westport and 39th Street for excellent restaurants and nightlife.
